Filo Diretto Viaggi was looking for a fast, speedy way of communicating with its clients.
Actions undertaken
Filo Diretto Viaggi uses the online SMS Messenger panel to send multiple text messages to its customers, with exclusive offers and promotions on travel packages. It also sends technical notifications such as flight delays, boarding times etc. directly to customers’ mobiles, in order to meet/anticipate the needs of each client in real time.
