Skebby è is the mobile application for sending free SMS over the Internet from a mobile phone. It is like Skype but for SMS. It is free and easy to download and to use. It works on all the mobile phones without switching operator, number or signing a new contract.

Skebby is based on a technological solution innovative client-server, and takes advantage of the Internet of the mobile phone to offer free SMS over the net.

The application works in two different ways:

- The first one requires that who sends and who receives SMS have the application installed on their mobile phones. In this case the SMS travels over the air at the cost of connection only until Skebby SMS gateways and from here to destination without passing on the Mobile Operator GSM channels (Free SMS Skebby).

- The second one requires that who sends has Skebby while who receives has not. In this case, the SMS travels over the air at the cost of connection only until the Skebby SMS gateway, to be routed to the gateways of mobile operators and from here to the destination via GSM channels (Easy SMS)

Created specifically for the mobile phones, Skebby can be activated and used also to send SMS from Web, via PC or Mac, without requiring to download any software.
